In our commercial service, incoming telephone calls, letters and emails are processed at the inbound level. The employees have generally completed a commercial apprenticeship or have significant professional experience, enabling more than 90 percent of all their incoming work to be completed immediately and in one go. The remaining ten percent of the processes are competently returned to the client for their final processing. The S & F employees work for a single client on a dedicated and permanent basis, frequently enabling long standing experience in a project to be complement with an exceptional and high degree of identification with the task at hand.
