You manage a team of 20 employees. Your task is the disciplinary leadership and motivation of your staff. You are supported in your position with a professionally competent personal contact and/or power user according to the project content.
As a project manager you are responsible for a team of up to seven team leaders.
Your key tasks are the management, further development and motivation of your team leaders on the basis of our company ethics with the goal of successfully managing one or several projects at the commercial level.
As a location manager you are responsible for the effective commercial coordination of a location and leading a team of project managers on the basis of our company ethics. Your location management tasks also include the management of interface functions at the interfaces to the business administration, information technology, marketing, personnel, quality management and training divisions and management at the differing levels.
In order to enable dual courses of study, cooperating with differing universities is important to us. In this context we offer training to become a certified dialogue marketing specialist, a certified online marketing specialist and a certified social media specialist at the German Marketing Academy.
We also regularly offer individual candidates the option to complete a very highly regarded course in business administration at the Welfen Academy in Braunschweig.
We offer students the possibility of experiencing the area of service orientation in Germany up close and personal.
In our group, you don’t just get to develop your theoretical knowledge, you can also work in interesting German companies in any number of sectors and gain valuable experience. Quite a few of our student workers have started their careers at one of our clients.
The requirements regarding our working time models are based on our orders. It is important for us to be able to address the “right” target group of employees. We aim for a good mix of staff in order to satisfy every requirement.
Our working time models are varied and primarily arranged to satisfy the requirements of our clients and so that our duty planning can be fairly applied in this context.
Apprentices have differing prospects in our company: the Invitel group of companies currently offers apprenticeships in its companies in a range of different vocational professions, such as services specialist and services officers in dialogue marketing, IT specialists system administration and office communication specialists.

A successfully passed examination at the end of the training ensures that all team leaders complete their tasks in accordance with the requirements of the group of companies.
