Established in 1999 in Helmstedt, Germany with eleven employees, Invitel now consists of five companies at six locations and has specialised in customer services in the energy supply sector. As the market leader in this field, Invitel has accompanied the changes in the provision of energy in liberalised markets right from the start. Many of our employees have long standing experience in this sector and expertise in all of the customer services processes in the differing systems.
The basis for our success – and therefore the success of our clients – is our highly motivated and qualified team, who identify with us and our clients one hundred percent. This creates mutual trust and long term partnerships, and makes Invitel unique. The duration of our client relationships, many of which are 10 to 15 years old, is our proof of this.
Simon & Focken has been a fixed part of the Invitel group of companies since 2012, which supplemented its portfolio with a strong provider of communications services which was established in Braunschweig in 1994. Simon & Focken is a specialist services provider for leading companies in the telecommunications, banking and insurance, as well as mail order sectors. Our excellently trained outbound professionals work across every sector in the key area of customer contact. We address the rapidly changing and challenging market for customer communication on a communicative, competent and benevolent basis.
Having established a company on Gran Canaria, since 2014 we have been enhancing our international know-how. Now consisting of eight companies, with Simon & Focken we are on a healthy and sustainable growth path.
In the areas of energy supply and commercial services, we provide the highest levels of efficiency and quality. We achieve this with lean service units, each of which has a maximum of 150 employees, and which are decentralised and oriented to ensure a close collaboration within the group of companies.
Simon & Focken was established in Braunschweig, Germany in 1994 and is currently the biggest firm in our group of companies. From Braunschweig, our companies and locations in Magdeburg, Halle, Leipzig and Maspalomas on Gran Canaria were established and initiated in this order within just 18 months.

All the subsidiaries are certified in the scope of our group certification by the TüV-Nord according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and pursuant to the European Call Center standard DIN 15838.
The Simon & Focken Group has seven locations in Germany and one in Spain.
Approximately 2,800 employees generate a turnover in 2014 of just 48 € m. p.a. This turnover is distributed across the three core competencies of commercial services, technical services and outbound telephony.
Simon & Focken works on behalf of more than 30 different clients from the telecommunications, banking, insurance, publishing and mail order sectors.
